"The people of Rwanda have undertaken the gallant task of seeking truth and justice to move forward after one of our most disturbing moments in history -- the Rwandan Genocide. The process of seeking truth and justice is not about reprisal, but healing, educating, and building relationships on the strength of community, collective interest, and peace."
