FRANCES LYDEN HOPKINS
"It will be with real sorrow that the members of the Class of 1903 learn of the death of a classmate, Frances Lyden Hopkins, on July 6, 1951. Fan, as we knew her, had lived in Brooklyn, N.Y., for a number of years and had taught in the schools there. We remember her love of children and her strong sense of humor when she was in college and her sister Catherine writes that the latter did not desert her during a long illness full of extreme pain.
The class extends its deepest sympathy to Fan's sisters, Catherine Hopkins and Mrs. Clark, with whom she lived." - ALICE DUNNING FLICK
